In one word this company is amazing ! We purchased our home this past winter, which has a large beautiful lot for our dogs to explore yet had no fence! I have been desperately waiting to have a fence built so they could go outside without supervision and be safe.

We worked with James Dobell and Bryan Young from Interior Elite Contracting to demolish interior improvements in a large retail unit, construct a new fire-rated demising wall, and undertake other work in preparation for a new tenant. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with them -- the work was completed quickly and professionally, and was fairly priced. Communication was excellent, and they adeptly handled many unexpected items that came up throughout the job. I would not hesitate at all to work with them again in the future on other projects; in fact, I look forward to it.

Recently completed a commercial renovation with Interior Elite. We were on a tight time schedule and had some small changes/additions along the way and everything was still completed on time without sacrificing any quality. Their team were friendly, approachable and available which made the whole experience a breeze.

James is the consummate professional and his team is skilled. The project that James and Mike, the team lead, were tasked with was challenging as the building site and land was on a treed hillside which is not always straightforward to work with. James and Mike with the engineers and subcontractors did a masterful job. As a homeowner, I couldn't be more delighted with James' honest communication with me and his knowledge of what was required to build a safe structure and he and Mike delivered. The foundation is solid, the garage is beautiful and the attention to detail is exceptional.

Bryan and his excellent team of Elite staff and sub-contractors made our renovation experience very positive. Completion was ahead of schedule and on budget and the quality of the work was superb. From the design and renderings phase to "down to the bare studs" to moving back in less than 12 weeks later, the process was stress free and the results exceeded our expectations.

From the 1st quote to completion Elite was awesome to work with. Mike was our project manager during the whole process. He was always right on top of everything, from having the Elite workers and the sub contractors there in a timely manner. The work and the overall attitude from all of the workers/sub contractors was great! They answered any concerns we had and made changes without hesitation or question. We tendered a few quotes for our basement renovation and Elite came back with the best process and overall knowledge for what is required for permits and work that is required. We are totally happy with their quality of work and everything came in right on budget. There weren't any funny hidden costs anywhere! We highly recommend them and will use them again in the future!

Amanda helped us plan a renovation of our kitchen and washrooms. She listened to what we wanted, had many good ideas and examples for us to consider. Importantly she was very patient with us as we took our sweet time in refining the design.

Hello, I am beyond impressed with the workmanship, diligence, consideration of the folks at Elite Contracting. The Elite gang has been renovating our front end of our office at Grant Thornton, Kamloops, bringing it from the 1990's, up to the 2024's...what a difference! I thought it was nice before, but wowee, it is like having a new job in a new office for me, the receptionist. Amanda has done a wonderful job designing a bright and modernized look. Peter, Andy, and Brad have been truly caring and considerate of the affect a renovation has on a operating office. Through the process, I have been sitting in the same area as the work on the reception desk, ceiling, lighting, windows, etc. There has been dust barriers hung with care, noise warnings before the power tools start up, and extreme cleaning up at the end of each day, and I mean EACH day. Peter has been excellent at keeping me updated on what is taking place, so that I can relay the info to the partners of the firm. He has been flexible and pitches in on the work, giving a hand. He has been highly considerate of the steps that need to be taken for the various tasks, and has created a smooth efficiency. This type of thoughtfulness has been applied to every area of our office that they are updating. Elite has been about 2 weeks ahead of schedule since about the third week of the reno. Efficient, conscientious and skilled, this group is quality. I know who I'm going to call when I am ready for a bathroom and kitchen reno! Elite Contracting! Thank you all so much! Great work!

Absolutely love our new deck roof. Needed to replace our deck roof after it collapsed due to snow load this past winter. The work done was as first rate as the materials supplied. These people know their stuff and are very friendly and professional. It was a long day for them, big project 58 foot deck that needed to be covered, they got the roof system installed without a hitch. Great job guys, thank you so much!

Our neighbour recommended Elite for our basement and bathroom renovations and they did not disappoint! From our first encounter and throughout the project they were friendly and professional. Mike's communication with us was outstanding; he would update us almost daily on progress and kept us notified of any changes. We gave them a firm deadline (we couldn't adjust our babies due date!) and they were able to finish on time. When we had questions about the work being done, Mike was easily reachable and would stop by to provide thorough explanations. When we didn't clarify that there was a part of the wall we wanted closed in, we brought it to Mike and he apologized and updated our work order for our project and it was quickly rectified. When our shower tiles arrived and couldn't be installed the way we had envisioned, they provided a suggestion we went with which we both love! When our vanity was accidentally installed off midline to our vanity lights, Mike noticed right away and had his team fix it. All of the sub-contractors who came by were friendly and respectful. We especially appreciated the electrician who took the time to show us how to unwire our doorbell so it wouldn't wake our sleeping toddler! Without hesitation we will be hiring Elite for all of our future home renovations! Thank you to Mike and his team!

Bryan and his team completed 2 separate projects for us over 45 days. Bryan was quick to respond to our initial attempts to contact him and he was prepared to start as quickly as we wanted him to. He provided tremendous insight into the nuances of our dual projects, negotiated a fair price, delivered beyond expectations and was quick to resolve any small issues that arose (as they always do).

Our situation was a little unique in that we had a contractor come in and do a terrible job installing our windows, and Bryan was hired to come and re-install everything. Bryan and his crew did a fantastic job, they were professional and courteous and were very respectful of our house and our situation (my wife is on mat leave with our second). I would definitely recommend Bryan to anyone who needs a renovation rescue.

We contacted Bryan based on all of the positive reviews on this website and he definitely delivered. Our bathroom reno was not particularly simple as our house is 46 years old, nothing was square, and due to budgetary constraints we wanted to do as much as of the work as we comfortably could. We were a bit rushed and hadn't thought every detail through but Bryan was very accommodating and gave us good insights when we needed them.

Excellent job by Bryan and his crew replacing our rotten wooden deck stairs. He was professional, worked efficiently, remained on budget and produced an excellent product. He also pays attention to the small details that make a lasting impression such as re-installing our infant safety gate at the top of the stairs when this was not an expectation of the job. Bryan provided a great deal of competence and enthusiasm. He was always on site to manage the project and delivered everything he said he would. From the time we called Bryan to speak with us about how we would like our basement completed to the last visit to make sure everything we identified was taken care of, Bryan provided the type of service that every homeowner would like to see on their home renovation.
